Refund Policy

In all my years of landscaping, thousands of lawns mowed, hundreds of driveways plowed, I have never had to issue a customer a refund, nor have I been asked for a refund. However, in the circumstance where a customer is unhappy with my work, you can follow up with me with the reason why you are unhappy, and the first option will be for me to come back and fix my mistake. If I am unable to complete the job, cannot fix my own mistake, or there are extenuating circumstances that leave you an unhappy customer, I will issue a full refund at my discretion.
