Terms & Conditions

Payments can be made either in person (cash or check) or online using Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. All late payments (more than 30  days after service) are subject to a late fee of $5.

 

When hiring me, you as the customer assume the fact that I may come to your property without notice, park outside your property, park in your driveway, walk on your property, bring different types of equipment on your property, or anything else that pertains to me or any future employees being on your property.

While I do stick to a very consistent schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or equipment issues may prevent me from getting there on the planned date of service. I will get to your property once the circumstance is resolved.

While I typically price out jobs before I complete any services, you as the customer assume that this is an ESTIMATE and the price may be subject to change depending on factors such as duration, difficulty, travel time, or other factors that make it more time/labor intensive for me to complete the job.

As the sole owner of Mow Joe Landscape, I, Joey Edwards, have the discretion to discontinue maintaining your property, make price changes, or change the frequency of service at any time if I see fit.
